With nearly two decades of experience in the professional beauty industry, Erin Short brings a unique blend of mentorship, marketing expertise, and operational know-how to House of POp. A graduate in marketing and journalism, Erin’s career has spanned working with top cosmetology schools, independent artists, and industry leaders, where she helped design some of the most prestigious advanced education programs in the nation.

Though Erin currently supports the salon remotely, her contributions are invaluable. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure the stylists have the tools, systems, and resources they need to thrive. Her deep knowledge of mentorship, branding, and industry trends plays a key role in maintaining House of POp’s reputation as a hub for hardcore hairdressers and creative artistry.

Erin’s extensive background in marketing and education also brings a fresh perspective to the salon’s vision. As a judge for the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) and a collaborator with brands on social media strategies and influencer campaigns, Erin understands the importance of building a brand and creating opportunities for stylists to shine. She is passionate about helping stylists refine their craft while building personal brands and fostering long-term career success.
