At The House Of POp we welcome everyone, from all walks of life and strive for a safe, fun, inspiring experience for all our clients, visitors and community. We welcome you to our little salon with a weird name and hope your experience here is of the very best you have had. With that in mind, we are not into making rules, we are in to breaking them. Like stereotypes, but some are necessary to ensure a great experience for everyone.

  • At House Of POp, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional haircare experiences. To respect stylists' time and fellow clients, our 48-hour cancellation policy is in place.

    Guidelines:

    48-Hour Notice: Please notify us 48 hours before to cancel or reschedule. This helps us accommodate others on the waiting list.

    Cancellation Fee: No-shows or late changes within 48 hours incur a 50% fee to compensate stylists.

  • We don’t double book at House of POp and when we schedule a color and haircut appointment together, that time is set aside just for you.

    Sometimes your ideal look changes or money might be tight, but if you are no longer wanting the color portion of your booked appointment and cancel that part while in the chair and opt for just a haircut, it is considered a late cancel and our 50% cancellation fee will take effect on top of your completed services.

  • At House Of POp, our color correction services transform your hair. This meticulous process corrects tones, unevenness, and past color errors for your desired look.

    Policy Overview:

    Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure a color correction appointment, a $100 minimum deposit is required. It covers skilled stylists’ commitment and extensive correction time.

    Rescheduling Allowance: Plans can change. You can reschedule twice, aligned with our cancelation policy.

    Deposit Forfeiture: Canceling or rescheduling outside the allowed window forfeits the deposit.

    Persons under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian present to sign authorization and understanding of service documents.

    Rescheduling Flexibility: You can reschedule your Fashion Tone/Vivid Color appointment twice, aligned with our regular cancellation policy.

    Deposit Forfeiture: Beyond the allowed rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited. This ensures fairness to both clients and stylists, given advance preparations.

  • When you book with us, you're securing time with your chosen stylist. To ensure a seamless and satisfying experience, please take note of the following guidelines while booking your service:

    Service Clarity: Make sure you select the appropriate service that aligns with your needs. Our knowledgeable desk staff and online booking system provide clear descriptions of our services.

    Doubts or Concerns: If you're uncertain about the service duration or suitability, please don't hesitate to contact us. Feel free to call for assistance before your appointment. We also offer free consultations to address any questions.

    Avoid Rushed Services: We do not rush through incorrectly booked services made online. Thus, booking accurately is crucial to receiving the optimal experience.

    Confirmed Service: The service you book is the one you'll receive upon arrival. If you wish to make changes, please opt for a service of equal time value.

    Additional Work: Any extra work required will be decided at the stylist's discretion, considering available time. Please understand that we aim to provide a quality experience without unnecessary haste.

  • At House Of POp, we are dedicated to providing you with outstanding hair services and experiences. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, there might be instances where your haircut or color doesn't meet your expectations. We value your satisfaction, and that's why we have a redo policy in place:

    Our Approach to Improvement:

    We believe that the opportunity to correct any mistake is also an opportunity for our stylists to learn and grow. This is a testament to why our team is thrilled to be part of the POpCrew, where constant improvement is celebrated.

    Seven-Day Redo Window:

    If within seven (7) days of your service, you feel that your haircut isn't sitting right or your color didn't turn out as expected, please contact our front desk. We will be delighted to arrange a conversation with your original stylist to assess the situation and determine if a redo is necessary.

    Giving Us a Chance:

    We kindly ask for the chance to rectify any concerns. This gives us the opportunity to showcase our commitment to delivering the results you desire.

    Refund Policy:

    If we're unable to satisfy your expectations after our opportunity to make it right, a full or partial refund may be granted. If we are not given the chance to rectify the concern, a refund of the service will be forfeited. Our priority is your contentment, and we will always do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.
